Cosmetic Dentistry
Good cosmetic dentistry is the kind nobody identifies as dentistry. We plan veneers, bonding and whitening around your face and your bite, so the result reads as your own teeth rather than a set of them.

What this involves
Planning before anything is touched
Cosmetic treatment starts with a conversation about what bothers you, in your own words. Colour, shape, crowding, wear, a chip you have looked at for years. From there we photograph, measure and study how your teeth sit against your lips and face.
Where it helps, you see a preview of the proposed result before we commit to it. It is easier to change your mind about a mock-up than about porcelain.
Veneers
Porcelain veneers are thin facings bonded to the front of the teeth. They correct colour, shape and small alignment issues at the same time, which is why they are often the shortest route to a significant change.
The design work is where the difference shows. Edge shape, surface texture and how much tooth shows at rest all get decided deliberately. Teeth that are too uniform and too bright look manufactured, and we plan against that.
Bonding and whitening
Composite bonding is a conservative option for chips, small gaps and worn edges. It is done in the chair, it removes little or no tooth structure, and it can often be adjusted later.
Professional whitening is the simplest change available and, for many people, the only one they need. We supervise it so the result is even and your gums stay comfortable. Whitening is done before any bonding or porcelain so the new work is matched to your final colour.
Living with cosmetic work
Cosmetic dentistry is not a one-time purchase that never needs attention. Porcelain and composite both respond to how you use them, and grinding is the most common reason work fails early.
If you clench at night, we will talk about a nightguard as part of the plan rather than after something breaks. Regular hygiene visits keep the margins clean and the colour consistent.
Who it is for
One thing bothers you
A chip, a gap, a darkened tooth. Single-tooth work is often simpler and more conservative than people assume.
You want a full reset
Years of wear, old bonding and mismatched colour can be addressed as one coordinated plan rather than piece by piece.
You want it to look quiet
If your goal is to look rested rather than obviously worked on, that is the brief we prefer.
How it works
Consult
We talk through what you want to change and photograph your smile at rest and in motion.
Design
A treatment design is built around your face and bite, and you review a preview before we proceed.
Prepare
Teeth are prepared conservatively and you wear temporaries while the porcelain is made.
Place
The final restorations are tried in, adjusted with you looking in the mirror, then bonded.
Refine
We see you shortly afterwards to check comfort, bite and finish.
Common questions
Cosmetic Dentistry
They do not have to. Shape, texture and colour are chosen with you, and the aim is a result that reads as healthy rather than as dental work.
No. We treat the teeth that show and that need it. Some plans involve two teeth, others involve a full arch.
They solve different problems. Bonding is conservative and adjustable. Porcelain holds colour and shape longer. We will tell you which one your case actually calls for.
Yes, and that is often the sensible order. Whitening changes the baseline, and some people are happy stopping there.
That depends on the material, your bite and your habits. We will discuss what to expect in your case rather than quote a general number.

We would like to meet you.
