YOUR FIRST VISIT
Here is exactly what will happen.
No guesswork, no surprises. This is the shape of a first appointment at Whitehouse Station Center for Dentistry, from the phone call to the plan you leave with.
STEP BY STEP
Five steps, in order.
Before you arrive
We take your details at scheduling and verify your benefits ahead of time when you have insurance. The new patient forms can be downloaded and completed at home so your appointment starts on time.
When you walk in
You are greeted by name, not by a clipboard. Someone confirms your paperwork, answers anything outstanding, and takes you back when the room is ready.
The comprehensive exam
We review your medical and dental history, examine the teeth and soft tissue, screen for oral cancer, assess your bite, and take the imaging needed to see below the surface. Nothing is rushed and nothing is done without telling you first.
The conversation
You sit up and we talk through what we found, on screen, in plain language. You hear what needs attention now, what can be watched, and what happens if you wait.
The plan
You leave with a written plan and the financial side attached to it. Nothing is scheduled until you have read it and agreed to it.
WHAT TO BRING
Three things, that is all.
Photo identification
A driver's licence or any current photo ID for our records.
Insurance card
If you have coverage, bring the card so we can confirm what was verified at scheduling.
Current medication list
Everything you take, including dosages and anything over the counter or supplemental.
PAPERWORK
Complete your forms before you come in.
Both forms can be filled in ahead of the visit and brought with you. If you would rather do them here, arrive about fifteen minutes early and we will get you set up.

We would like to meet you.
